Fulton Press and ITP of USA, Inc. Announce Merger

Lititz, PA, August 19, 2011 - Fulton Press and ITP of USA, Inc. (Innovative Technologies in Print)-both Pennsylvania-based printers and information distribution companies-have announced a merger.

Don Horst will remain in his current position as President of Fulton Press. "Our customers are our top priority-as most have been with us for over a decade-and we pride ourselves in the personalized service we offer," noted Horst. "This new venture will expand our capabilities to help us better meet our customers' needs."

For over 50 years, Fulton Press has been a full-service offset printer for Central Pennsylvania and the surrounding tri-state area, and has built a solid reputation among its diverse client base. ITP of USA, Inc. services Pennsylvania, while reaching into other states in the Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast. In addition to digital and offset printing, ITP of USA, Inc. offers graphic design, e-commerce, prepress, binding, fulfillment, mailing, and warehousing services.
